These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms” or “T&C”) apply to the online gaming services offered under the trade name “Wizardo casino” and made available through Wizardo casino.
The services are owned and operated by Tusitier Ltd, a company registered under the laws of Belize (Reg. No. 000047451) (hereinafter “Tusitier Ltd”, “Wizardo casino”, “we”, “us”, “our” or the “Company”). The Company is licensed by the Anjouan Offshore Authority with License No. ALSI-202505043-FI2. 1. Introduction
1.1. 2. Your account

We may refuse registration, block access, cancel bets, and withhold winnings if we have reason to believe that you are accessing the service in breach of such restriction.
2.2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
2.2.1. To place bets, play and deposit money, you must register an Account on the Site.
2.2.2. To register an Account, you must provide complete and up-to-date information, including mobile number, email address, username, password, and other mandatory information required in the registration form.
By registering the Account on the Site, you agree to provide your legal name. We may take steps to verify the accuracy of the information you provide. The same rules apply to the family members of the above-mentioned persons. Violation of this rule will result in permanent closure of the account and such accounts will be regarded as fraudulent. Any winnings resulting from such activities will be deemed confiscated from the account holder and only the deposited amount will be returned.
2.2.5. You may not transfer, sell or pledge your Account to another person. This prohibition includes the transfer of assets of any value, including, but not limited to, ownership of accounts, winnings, deposits, bets, rights and/or claims related to such assets, whether legal, commercial or otherwise. The prohibition of such transfers also includes, without limitation, encumbrances, pledges, assignments, usufruct, sale and purchase, brokerage, mortgage and/or gifts in cooperation with a trustee or any other third party, company, natural or legal person, foundation and/or association, in any form.
2.2.6. The Player is required to complete the account verification procedure within fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the relevant notification from the Company. Failure to provide the necessary documents within the specified period may result in suspension or blocking of the account, freezing of the balance and refusal to process any transaction until verification is completed.
2.3. ACCOUNT-RELATED ISSUES
2.3.1. If you forget your password or think someone knows the details of your personal data, or if you suspect that another user is gaining an unfair advantage through cheating or collusion, you must notify us of such suspicion.
2.3.2. We reserve the right to declare any bet or transaction void, in whole or in part, if, at our sole discretion, we deem it evident that one of the following circumstances has occurred:
1) the account holder or persons connected to them may directly or indirectly influence the outcome of an event;
2) the account holder and/or persons connected to them are directly or indirectly circumventing the Site rules;
3) the outcome of an event or the bet has been directly or indirectly influenced by criminal activities;
4) the odds of an event have changed significantly due to a public announcement related to the event;
5) bets were placed that otherwise would not have been accepted, but were accepted during periods in which the Site was affected by technical problems;
6) due to an error, such as a material error, typo, technical error, human error, force majeure or otherwise, bets were offered, placed and/or accepted as a result of such error.
2.3.3. When we close or suspend an Account for any reason, we reserve the right to close any future Accounts that may be registered by the same person, device or address, or that may use the same payment wallets or credit cards, and to void/cancel all bets and transactions on such Accounts.
2.3.4. We offer two-factor authentication (2FA) as additional protection against unauthorized use of your Account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and ensuring that it cannot be used by another person.
2.4. By registering the Account on the Site, you represent, warrant and undertake as follows:
2.4.1. You are over 18 years of age or have reached the higher legal age provided by the jurisdiction applicable to you and, under the laws applicable to you, you are permitted to participate in the Games offered on the Site. 2.4.5. You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes on winnings received from the Company under the relevant laws.
2.4.6. All money that you deposit into your Account is not the proceeds of illegal activity and, in particular, does not originate from unlawful sources or activities.
2.4.7. You understand that by participating in the Games you assume the risk of losing the money deposited in your Account.
2.4.8. You will not be involved in any fraudulent, collusive, manipulative or other unlawful activity in connection with your or any third party’s participation in any Game and you will not use software-assisted methods, techniques or hardware devices to participate in the Games. The Company reserves the right to invalidate or close your Account or invalidate your participation in a Game in the event of such conduct.
2.4.9. In relation to deposits and withdrawals of funds to and from your Account, you will use only credit cards and other financial instruments that are valid and lawfully belong to you.
2.4.10. The software that we make available to you is owned by the Company or third parties and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use such software exclusively for personal and recreational use, in accordance with all the rules, terms and conditions set out herein and with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.
2.4.11. The Games offered on the Site must be played in the same way as they would be played in any other setting. You must behave properly toward other players and Company representatives and avoid offensive or obscene comments, including in chat rooms.
3. Multiple accounts
3.1. You may register and use only one Account on the Site.
3.2. Only one Account is permitted per household, IP address and computer or device. If two or more users share the same household, IP address and computer or device, the holders of the respective Accounts must inform us in advance.
3.3. If you register or attempt to register more than one Account, for any reason, we may block or close one or all of your Accounts at our discretion. We may also void all bets placed on duplicate Accounts, block bonuses and freebies, and cancel withdrawal requests. In addition, any return, winnings or bonus obtained or accrued during the lifetime of duplicate accounts will be confiscated.
3.4. PAYMENTS / REFUNDS PAYMENTS. When the outcome of a Game in which you participate is determined or, where applicable, the Company confirms the relevant result of an event and settles the markets, all winnings will be made available in your Account.
3.5. If the Company mistakenly credits winnings to your Account that do not belong to you, whether due to a technical or human error or otherwise, that amount shall remain the property of the Company and will be deducted from your Account. If, before the Company becomes aware of the error, you have withdrawn funds that do not belong to you, without prejudice to other remedies and actions available by law, the amount wrongly paid shall constitute a debt owed by you to the Company. In the event of an incorrect credit, you are required to inform the Company immediately.
3.6. The Company will carry out further verification and identification procedures for any withdrawal or reserves the right to carry out such procedures at any withdrawal level. All transactions will be checked to prevent money laundering.
4. Refunds
4.1. You acknowledge and agree that, in general, the Company does not offer refunds for funds deposited into your account. However, we may consider a refund in exceptional circumstances, including technical issues with our Site or payment instruments.
4.2. No refund may be made after the deposit in question (or the related bonus) has been used to place a bet.
4.3. To be considered for a refund, you must contact our customer support within 24 (twenty-four) hours of the relevant transaction. We will try to respond to your request within 10 (ten) business days. It is understood that all refunds are always at our sole and absolute discretion.
4.4. We reserve the right to withhold any refund or cancel a transaction until the identity of the user holding the Account has been adequately established to our satisfaction. You agree to provide us, upon request, with an identity document (passport, driving licence, ID card) and proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, lease agreement, etc.). Verification of ownership of the payment method may also be required. If such documentation is not provided within thirty (30) days of our request, the refund or transaction cancellation will not be carried out, your Account will be closed and you will forfeit all funds in your Account. Such decision shall be final, binding and not subject to appeal.
4.5. If you funded your account with a credit card, we reserve the right to pay all withdrawal requests up to the total amount deposited in the form of a refund of the transactions made.
4.6. If any purchases made by credit card are deemed to carry an unacceptable risk for security or legal reasons, either by our credit card processors or by our KYC Department, the Casino will proceed to refund all such transactions to the credit card and will notify all relevant authorities and parties.
4.7. In all cases where we make a refund, all bonuses and winnings in the balance will be deducted before calculating the amount to be refunded.
5. DEPOSITS / BETS / PAYMENTS
5.1. In order to place bets and play for real money you must deposit funds into your Account. You may deposit at any time online using debit or credit card, e-wallet, bank transfer or any other available deposit method. All available deposit methods are indicated on the “Deposit Page” of the Site. Cash or cheques are not accepted as a deposit method. Please note that some methods may not be available in certain countries. The minimum deposit amount, available payment methods and accepted currencies are indicated in the Deposit section of the Site and may vary depending on the payment method selected.
5.2. The Company reserves the right to use additional procedures and means to verify your identity (KYC) in the event of deposits to an Account and to close an Account if you do not submit such documents to the Company.
5.3. The Company does not grant any credit for the use of its services.
5.4. By making a deposit, you confirm that all deposits are authorized and that you will not attempt to reverse them or take any action that may cause such payment to be reversed by a third party, for the purpose of avoiding any legitimate liability.
5.5. As a money laundering prevention measure, a deposit must be played through at least three (3) times before a withdrawal can be made.
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reduce the required wagering threshold on a case-by-case basis, but in no event may the minimum wagering requirement be less than one (1) time the deposit amount.
Please note that if wagering requirements are in force, they must be met before requesting a withdrawal.
5.6. Third-party deposits (for example friends, relatives, partners) are strictly prohibited. All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in the name of the account holder. Any deposit detected as coming from a third party will be returned to the original payer and all winnings will be confiscated.
5.7. The maximum stake limits applicable to the various games and different user categories are shown in the account settings or in the game interface and may vary at the Company’s discretion.
6. WITHDRAWALS
6.1. You must provide your KYC documents and credit card images (both sides, front and back. The card number must clearly show the first 6 and last 4 digits, while the remaining digits and the CVV/CVC code must not be visible) as well as a bank statement, copy of a personal identification document, proof of address and proof of ownership of any other payment method used at the time of the first withdrawal request. Additional requirements may apply depending on the payment channels.
6.2. The Company reserves the right to change at any time and without prior notice the maximum amount allowed for each payment system per individual transaction.
6.3. A withdrawal request will not be processed until all wagering requirements have been fulfilled.
6.4. It will not be possible to withdraw funds marked as “Bonus”, as well as funds locked in an interrupted game.
6.5. The Company has the right to refuse a withdrawal if the total amount of bets is less than the amount of the last deposit. You must play through the initial deposit at least once before you can withdraw.
6.6. Withdrawals are processed within a reasonable period of time, depending on the payment method used and the account verification status.
6.7. A user may not withdraw funds exceeding the balance of their Account.

6.9. When a withdrawal is cancelled, the funds are returned to your Account and you may use them accordingly on the Account. The Company assumes no responsibility for any funds lost during gaming following the cancellation of a withdrawal, whether by you or by us.
6.10. We inform you that our products are consumed instantly during play. Therefore, we cannot provide refunds, return of money or cancellation of the requested service during play. If you play a Game with real money, the money will be deducted from your Account immediately.

7. ACCOUNT CLOSURE
7.1. You may request closure of your account at any time by sending an email to customer support at [email protected], under the following conditions:
7.2. You may close your account only if it has no remaining balance (positive or negative) and there are no pending withdrawal requests.
7.3. If you wish to close your account with a positive balance and/or with a pending withdrawal request, all funds in your account will be cancelled and the amount of the last deposit will be returned to you.
7.4. If the reason for closing the Account is related to concerns about a possible gambling addiction, you must inform the Company.
7.5. The refund method will be at our absolute discretion.
7.6. The Company reserves the right to close your Account and refund your balance “Available for withdrawal”, subject to deduction of any relevant withdrawal fees, at its absolute discretion and without any obligation to state a reason or give prior notice.
7.7. The Company reserves the right to refuse a withdrawal request in the event of fraud, in which case an Account will be suspended and the payment will not be processed.
7.8. The Company will review all player Accounts and classify them at its discretion. Once a player is classified as a “bonus hunter” or “bonus abuser”, all winnings and bonuses will be cancelled and the Account will be suspended, with payment not being processed.

9. INTERRUPTED AND CANCELLED GAMES
9.1. Criminal activity
In the event that any irregularity is detected (including suspicion of attempted money laundering or fraud), the Company reserves the right to close Accounts and/or report criminal activity or other suspicious activity carried out through one or more Accounts to the relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities. All Account balances of offenders will be blocked, withdrawals cancelled and deposits and winnings confiscated.
9.2. Collusion and cheating
The Company has the right to disable users’ Accounts and confiscate the related balances (including deposits and winnings) if it is found that users have obtained, or attempted to obtain, an advantage by exchanging information on their cards or entering into collusive arrangements with other users in order to gain an unfair advantage. Such advantages may include chip dumping and chip transfer, discussion of a hand during play, multiple use of a single Account, soft playing. The Company carries out strict game checks, both manual and automated, and investigates all related user complaints. In addition, the Company conducts preventive and random checks on gaming sessions and Accounts.
9.3. Fraudulent activity
If the Company detects fraudulent, unlawful, dishonest or improper activity (including the use of VPNs, proxies or similar services that conceal or manipulate identification of your real location, or placing bets, wagers or playing poker via third parties or on behalf of third parties) on the Site, we are entitled to block the user’s Account and confiscate all balances without notice. 10. LIVE CHAT
10.1. As part of your use of the Site, the Company may make available to you a chat feature, moderated by us and subject to controls. We reserve the right to monitor the chat and retain a record of all statements made through such feature. Use of the chat must be for recreational and social purposes and is subject to the following rules.
10.2. You must not make sexually explicit or grossly offensive statements, including expressions of bigotry, racism, hatred or profanity.
10.3. You must not make abusive, defamatory, harassing or offensive statements about the Site or the Company.
10.4. You must not make statements that advertise, promote or concern other online entities.
10.5. You must not make false and/or malicious and/or harmful statements about the Company, the Site or any other Internet site connected to the Company.
10.6. You must not collude through chat rooms or separate chats. Any suspicious chat will be reported to the relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority.
10.7. If you breach any of the above provisions relating to chat, the Company shall have the right to remove the chat room or immediately terminate your Account. In the event of such termination, the Company will refund any funds in your Account above any amount due to us at that time, if any.
11. LIABILITY
11.1. The Company is not responsible for any downtime, server interruptions, delays or any technical or political disturbance to gameplay. Any refunds may be granted solely at the discretion of the Company.
11.2. The Company assumes no liability for damages or losses alleged or claimed to have arisen from or in connection with the Site or its content, including, without limitation, delays or interruptions in operation or transmission, loss or corruption of data, communication or line failures, misuse of the Site or its content by any person, or errors or omissions in content.
11.3. In the event of a malfunction of the casino system, all bets are void.
11.4. In the event that a Game is started but not completed due to a system failure, the Company will refund the amount wagered in the Game by crediting it to your Account or, if the Account no longer exists, by paying it to you by an approved method; and if at the time the Game was interrupted you had accrued credit, it will credit to your Account the monetary value of such credit or, if the Account no longer exists, pay it to you by an approved method.
12. OBLIGATIONS
12.1. The Company reserves the right to assign or otherwise lawfully transfer its rights and obligations under the Terms. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your rights and obligations under these Terms.

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and any documents expressly referred to in them, as well as any guidelines or rules posted on the Site, constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and the Company with regard to this Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between you and the Company relating to this Site, except where provided by law.
14.2. A printed version of these Terms and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to these Terms to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
14.3. If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from these Terms and all remaining provisions shall remain in force unaffected by such severance.
14.4. In the event of inconsistency in textual content between different language versions, the English version of the Site shall prevail.
14.5. These Terms are governed by applicable law and the parties accept the jurisdiction of the courts and arbitration rules in accordance with applicable law.
15. COPYRIGHT
15.1. We are the sole owners of the Wizardo trademark and the Wizardo logo. Any unauthorized use of the Wizardo trademark and the Wizardo logo may result in legal action.
15.2. Wizardo casino is the URL of the Site operated by the Company. No unauthorized use of this URL on another website or digital platform is permitted without prior written consent.
15.3. The Company owns or is the lawful licensee of rights in the technology, software and business systems used on this Site.
15.4. The content and structure of the pages of the Company’s Site belong to the Company, with all rights reserved. The copyright in this Site, including all text, graphics, code, files and links, belongs to the Company. The Site may not be reproduced, transmitted or stored, in whole or in part, without prior written consent. 16. PROMOTIONS: TERMS AND CONDITIONS
16.1. Each individual promotion will be accompanied by its own specific set of promotional terms and conditions (the “Promotional Terms”), in addition to these Terms. You should therefore read these Terms together with the Promotional Terms applicable to any contest, bonus or promotion in which you wish to participate.
16.2. By participating in promotions, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Promotional Terms.
16.3. If, for any reason, a promotion does not have Promotional Terms, such promotion shall by default be governed by these Terms.
16.4. Each of the Promotional Terms governing the implementation of any promotion is independent from the rest of the Terms. In the event that one of the provisions is inadequate or incorrect, the remaining Promotional Terms will remain in force.
16.5. Participation in a promotion shall be deemed full and unconditional acceptance of the Terms, including these Promotional Terms and any other applicable Promotional Terms, and of our decisions, which shall be final and binding in every respect.
16.6. The Company reserves the right to terminate or cancel any ongoing promotion without notice. Any user who violates the Promotional Terms will be disqualified from any reward arising from such promotion.
16.7. The Company has the right to withhold any credits, bonuses, coupons, loyalty points or prizes awarded as part of a promotion, at its discretion.
16.8. The Company has the right to inform users about ongoing promotions or any updates via email, SMS, chat, WhatsApp, social media, mobile phone, Internet browser notifications or mobile application.
16.9. The Company disclaims all liability for inaccurate information, whether caused by the Site, the user’s equipment used for a promotion, or by human or technical errors related to the submission of entries.
17. BONUS AND BONUS MONEY
17.1. Wizardo regularly offers you various bonuses and rewards that are credited to your Account. A bonus on the Site may consist of free spins, cashback, free bet, extra money to be used directly for gaming and extra money received after a deposit. A bonus generally carries wagering requirements that must be met in order to withdraw the funds. In such cases, we advise you to read the bonus rules before using it.
17.2. Bonus rules
17.2.1. A bonus is assigned to the bonus balance.
17.2.1.1. When the bonus wagering requirements are met, the bonus amount is transferred to the main balance and may be withdrawn at any time.
17.2.1.2. If bonuses are abused by a user, the Company has the right to take sanctioning measures against them, namely: remove or deny all current bonuses and winnings from bonuses; immediately block the user’s Account. In such a case, the Company assumes no liability for the withdrawal or reimbursement of funds in the Account before the block.

17.2.1.4. Using bonuses to play games with accumulated benefits over the course of gameplay (for example Free Spins counters or other game features unlocked after a certain amount of gameplay activity) and returning to the game after the wagering requirements have been cleared to activate or unlock the feature and cash in the accumulated benefits or related winnings: in such case all winnings and bonuses will be cancelled.
17.2.1.5. Funds won using bonuses may not be withdrawn until all bonuses have been played through according to the applicable requirements.
17.2.1.6. Any malfunction renders all winnings and plays void. The Company has the right to withdraw any winnings caused by malfunctions up to the latest deposits.

17.3. Wagering requirements
17.3.1. After the bonus is granted, it is transferred to the bonus balance until the wagering requirements are reached.
17.3.2. Wagering requirements represent a multiplier indicating how many times you must play a bonus before you can withdraw any winnings. After the wagering requirements are met, the bonus or accrued winnings are transferred to the main balance.

18.5. The Company reserves the right to cancel all bets on an event if there is a change relating to the venue of the event.
18.6. The Company reserves the right to cancel all bets in the presence of radical changes in the circumstances of an event, such as duration of playing time, distance in a race, speed or number of periods, etc.
18.7. Winnings will be credited to the user’s Account after confirmation of the final result.
18.8. The outcome of a market is settled once determined. The Company reserves the right to settle game results if a market is not determined beforehand. This rule applies in respect of the normal duration of the completed match and where no specific conditions are stated in the market description on the Site.
For example:
Example 1: the 1X2 Match Winner market of an event is determined at the end of the normal duration (regulation time) of the event. In football, the 1X2 Match Winner market is determined after 90 minutes, including any stoppage time added by the referee as “normal duration”. When the match proceeds to extra time (because regulation time does not determine the winner), all markets indicate that settlement “includes overtime” after the match is completed. If there is a penalty shootout (or other deciding moments), these are not taken into account unless otherwise stated in the market.
If the start of the match is delayed for any reason, the event may remain open and all bets may remain valid for 48 hours from the official start time. However, the Company reserves the right to cancel such bets at its discretion and refund the stakes to users. All bets may remain valid and be calculated based on the match results if the organizer resumes the interrupted event within 48 hours of the start time. In the event that the interrupted event does not continue within 48 hours of its start by decision of the organizer, the Company will settle all markets determined and completed on the field. In addition, the Company will cancel the other markets and refund stakes to players.
There are exceptions to the general rule:
Tennis: the 48-hour rule does not apply. All bets remain valid until the referee or an official representative determines the winner. However, there are cases in which a player retires. In that case, all markets determined on the field will be settled accordingly and all others will be declared void with stakes returned to players. If there is doubt about a player’s retirement before the last point is completed, the match winner market is cancelled. Markets relating to specific sets or games already determined remain settled.
Baseball: the 48-hour rule applies. When two teams play 2 consecutive matches, these are considered as Game 1 and Game 2 and will be settled in chronological order of play, with all bets valid. For clarity, if Team A plays Team B twice, the result of Game 1 will count for the bets offered on the originally scheduled Game 1 and the result of Game 2 will count for the bets offered on the originally scheduled Game 2. The 48-hour rule remains valid.
For example, if a football match is interrupted in the second half, the first-half markets will be settled normally. The second-match markets that have not been determined will be cancelled and the stakes will be refunded to customers.
18.9. Explanation of specific bet types
If there is at least one goalscorer when a match is interrupted, all bets on the first goalscorer will be applied and those on the last goalscorer will be cancelled. A player will be determined as winning in the Goalscorer market at any time, while bets on the other players will be void.
Head 2 Head Bets
These bets consist of predicting who gets the better position, more points or better results between two players. Head 2 Head bets will be valid if both players give their maximum in the event. If two players achieve the same result or finish in a tie, all bets will be void.
Outright Bets
These bets consist of predicting who will get the best position, most points or better results among several participants (3+). Outright bets will be valid if all participants actively take part in the event. If there are participants who do not take part in the event, all odds placed on the other participants will be adjusted and settled with an odds reduction. The reduction will include the same margin applied to the missing participants. If two or more participants achieve the same result (tie), the applicable odds will equal the accepted odds divided by the number of tied participants (for example, with odds of 2.70 and three tied participants, the final odds will be: 2.70 / 3 = 0.90), unless the official representative chooses a single winner using an additional statistical criterion (for example assists).
Cards markets
These are yellow and red cards. A yellow card counts as one card, a red card as two. If a player receives two consecutive yellow cards turned into a red, this counts as three cards. In general, a player may not receive more than three cards. Settlement will be based on all available data relating to cards shown during the regulation time of the event. Cards shown after the final whistle will not be considered. Cards assigned to a player who did not take part in the match (players already substituted, coaches, players on the bench who did not play) will not be considered.
Cards markets with points
In general, a player may not obtain more than 35 points during the match. A yellow card is worth 10 points, a red card is worth 25 points and the second yellow-red is worth 25 points. The second yellow card leading to the red is not counted separately.
Corners
Corners will be considered for settlement of the relevant market only if they are actually taken. If a corner is awarded but not taken, it will not be counted.
Intervals
The period from 00:01 until completion of the minute indicated as the final minute is intended as the first interval. For clarity, the interval 1-15 min is considered the period from 00:01 to 15:00 and the interval 30-45 min is considered the period from 30:01 until the end of the first half. The interval 75-90 min is considered the period from 75:01 until the end of regulation time. The final time interval is considered, at the referee’s discretion, from the indicated minute until the end of the period.
18.10. Bets placed on behalf of bookmakers or betting agents are not permitted. Bets on events in which the bettor participates are not permitted (“participate”, in this sense, includes persons involved as sportsmen, athletes, owners, coaches or officials of a participating club), nor those commissioned by a participating person.
